Taleo is extremely archaic. The user experience is terrible, the design is not intuitive and seem overall very clunky. The search functions do not work. For example, you can search for applicants by first and last name and zero results will come up. But if you put in a person's email, that same person will come up in a search and their name will be spelled exactly the same. There are also very little helpful and easy reporting functions to use. The application requirements are outdated and long-winded which proves to be a barrier to entry for most interested candidates.
