What do you like best about Oracle Talent Management Cloud (formerly Taleo)?

Detail-oriented recruitment tool. Globally used and I have been using this tool for the past 6 years.

User-friendly software and recommend any firm use it for talent acquisition (recruitment), performance management, learning and development, and compensation management.

What do you dislike about Oracle Talent Management Cloud (formerly Taleo)?
