What do you like best about Oracle Service Cloud (formerly RightNow)?

It’s easy to use, familiar look from Microsoft word, a complete unique way of helping customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Service Cloud (formerly RightNow)?

The fact that you can not add the plugin for Grammarly makes it hard for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Oracle Service Cloud (formerly RightNow):

I found it very interesting to say this, it is by far the most easy software to be used, all I can tell is it’s worth investing in this software because it’s not difficult to use for both user and the support team, which makes it easy for customers to share pictures in real Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle Service Cloud (formerly RightNow) solving and how is that benefiting you?
