What do you like best about Oracle Process Cloud?

I found it extremely easy to use. Its very straight forward, The program interface is easy to understand. Able to accomplish needed tasks easily. No need to contact IT. Able to make changes easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Process Cloud?

I find some of the platforms need to be updated as they are dated. Does not affect the actual use of the software, however could be updated to the times to be more comparable to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Oracle Process Cloud:

The ease of use is key to this product. I would say it needs updating and some of the interfaces are dated, Would highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle Process Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Able to streamline our service. Able to provide proper customer services, and makes changes with ease. Service efficiency for customers will dramatically increase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
