What do you like best about Oracle Primavera Unifier?

Oracle's Primavera Unifier is extremely helpful with organizing service requests for building improvements and repairs, particularly on a large scale, such as we deal with each day in our department. By using the software, we can create a streamlined workflow from the initial problem to the solution. What do you dislike about Oracle Primavera Unifier?

There are very few things that I dislike about Unifier. The biggest complaint would be speed because it can occasionally take a while to load all requests, thus slowing down work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
