What do you like best about Oracle PeopleSoft?

I like how I can record how many hours I worked that day, I can keep track of how many hours of PTO I have accrued, I can project how many hours of PTO I will have in the future, I can see compensation history, wages, promotions, so forth. It's a good platform to see certain things I might not remember off the top of my head and look at prior paychecks if I need to. There's a way to view past year's W-2's as well which is handy. What do you dislike about Oracle PeopleSoft?

I don't like how it will sometimes be offline during certain times of a given day. I have run into issues where I wanted to get in but had to postpone doing so. Something else I don't really like is how there isn't a search function option. It would be nice to have that in the top right hand of the program instead of trying to search through the different drop down options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle PeopleSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a good way for managers to keep track of their employees. They can see a summary of all their employees, what needs their attention as far as approving or not allowing them to take time off and it keeps things organized. It gives employees a way to keep track of their hours without having to sign in and out on a piece of paper or dial in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
