I like Oracle Maintenance Cloud's ability to provide real-time visibility into assets and maintenance activities, along with insights that help prevent issues before they occur. It gives instant updates on asset conditions and maintenance activities, allowing me to quickly identify issues, track ongoing work, and make faster decisions which reduces downtime and improves overall maintenance. I appreciate its cloud-based features, better integration, and improved maintenance tracking compared to our previous legacy systems. Some features can feel a bit complex at first, and certain processes may take time to learn. Additionally, the performance can occasionally feel slower when handling a large amount of data. Simplifying the interface and adding better in-app guidance would make it easier for users. Improving performance and load time, especially with large data, would enhance overall efficiency.
