What do you like best about Oracle Hospitality OPERA Property Management System?

The integration to other systems is beyond compare. We have had zero issues with integration to the multiple other non Oracle systems we use. The interface is customizable for each department or user if you want to allow it. We worked with a third party for integration; they lead the effort in concert with the PM from Opera. Training for the system was in person and was excellent. It ran well and questions were asked and answered with the trainer onsite. Go live had trainers available to the end users. What do you dislike about Oracle Hospitality OPERA Property Management System?

The system’s permissions are a bit complicated. Our trainers and consultants set most of them up for us, but as we’ve needed to refine things over time, it has taken a while to make sure we’re getting it right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle Hospitality OPERA Property Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had issues integrating with our old PMS, and we found it difficult to work with. Opera has eliminated those problems for us. The Opera store for integrations is easy to use and navigate, which has made the process much smoother. The reporting flexibility is another area that is definitely elevated compared to our previous system. We’re able to customize reports to get exactly what we need.
