What do you like best about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?

I use Oracle HCM daily for managing all my HR related tasks at work. Few things I like most:

- All HR information like attendance, payslips, leaves and personal details are available in one place, no need to reach out to HR for every small thing

- Leave application and approval process is simple and quick, I can apply and track status directly from the portal

- Payroll and payslip details are easy to access and well organized, very transparent

- Company policies and HR documents are always accessible, saves time when I need to refer to any guideline

- Performance and KPI updates are visible directly on the portal, helps me track my progress

- Learning and development modules help me upskill at my own pace

What do you dislike about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?

No big dislikes, but the interface can feel a bit complex and overwhelming for new users, and sometimes the portal is slow to load especially during peak hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Oracle HCM has made managing all my HR tasks much easier and self sufficient. Earlier I had to reach out to HR for every small thing like leave status, payslips or policy documents, but now everything is available directly on the portal. It has saved a lot of time, made information more transparent and allowed me to manage my attendance, leaves, performance and documents all in one place without any dependency on HR.
