What do you like best about Oracle Eloqua?

Eloqua is commonly adopted and used by companies so it's one automation platform to have experience with that serves me well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Eloqua?

It is clunky and not intuitive for users. Being one of the early automation platforms, it reminds me of MS and it's business applications. It feels like we're just stuck with the hard to use platform that can be buggy as hell. But, hey, it's what everyone uses so better stick with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Oracle Eloqua:

Weigh the pros and cons of using the "original" marketing automation platform versus the newer ones (that may be more intuitive but have less use/acceptance) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
