What do you dislike about Oracle Eloqua?

It is clunky and not intuitive for users. Being one of the early automation platforms, it reminds me of MS and it's business applications. It feels like we're just stuck with the hard to use platform that can be buggy as hell. But, hey, it's what everyone uses so better stick with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The campaign canvas, segmentation tools, and data management capabilities make it easy to build sophisticated journeys without manual workarounds. I also appreciate how well it supports governance — shared assets, user permissions, and templated processes help maintain consistency across multiple teams. Some areas of the platform feel dated compared with newer tools. What I love about Oracle Eloqua is how it takes the guesswork out of marketing, it feels like having a personal assistant that knows exactly who to reach and when, also the way it personalizes messages makes campaigns feel more genuine and less like mass marketing.
