What do you like best about Oracle Eloqua?

What I like most about Oracle Eloqua is how much it helps simplify and automate email campaigns. I used it regularly to build campaigns, segment audiences, and track engagement, which made it much easier to manage large email sends without having to do everything manually. What do you dislike about Oracle Eloqua?

The main thing I disliked about Oracle Eloqua was that some features could feel less intuitive than expected, especially when setting up more complex campaigns or making changes to existing ones. It sometimes took a few extra steps to find the right settings or troubleshoot an issue, which could slow down the workflow.
