What do you like best about Optix?

Optix has EVERYTHING we need and more—the platform was clearly built with incredible attention to detail, and they’ve thought of everything. What made the biggest difference for us, however, was the support from Kristan. She guided me step-by-step through the entire onboarding process with immense patience and care. In particular, her help setting up custom automations saved us an enormous amount of time and allowed us to create a seamless user experience, which is essential for our autonomous setup. What do you dislike about Optix?

Getting the hang of the platform initially had a bit of a learning curve. However, once you dedicate a little time to exploring the features, everything becomes straightforward and easy to navigate. Also, the pricing scales up as your business grows, so you do end up paying more as you expand. What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small family business operating an autonomous coworking space for the first time, our biggest challenge was managing daily operations smoothly without needing a large team on site. Optix solved this completely by giving us an all-in-one platform to automate bookings, member access, and administrative tasks.
