What do you like best about Optix?

Optixapp brings access management, security, desk and room bookings, member communication, tracking, and integrations together in a well-organized platform that supports our entire coworking operation. Compared with other options we reviewed, it offers strong value, and the high-touch service genuinely makes a difference. The support, success, and development teams are consistently responsive, and our success managers proactively help us adopt stronger workflows while keeping us informed about what new capabilities are planned. What do you dislike about Optix?

We would benefit from more robust promotional features for managing offers, discounts, and incentives, as well as deeper printing integrations to support usage tracking and billing. These feel like clear opportunities for future improvement rather than major shortcomings, and they haven’t limited our ability to rely on Optixapp for the most important parts of our facility operations. What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Optixapp helps us tackle the challenge of running a busy 52-key NYC coworking space by bringing access control, room and desk bookings, member communications, and day-to-day operations into a single platform. It cuts down on manual work, gives us clearer visibility across the facility, and helps our team deliver a smoother, more seamless experience for our large membership community.
