What I love most about OptiSigns is how it helps keep our residents informed and engaged in their daily lives. It provides a simple, easy-to-follow display of daily activities, meals, and upcoming events, helping residents know what to expect each day and in the weeks ahead. We also love the variety of additional features OptiSigns offers, especially the fun facts, games, and interactive content that make our displays both entertaining and engaging! What I dislike most about OptiSigns is that it isn't very user-friendly when it comes to Apple TV compatibility. Some features aren't supported on Apple TV, which limits what we can do with our displays. Because of this, we're considering switching to Mini PCs for better functionality and access to all the features. Another frustration is that our scheduled content sometimes changes on its own, making it difficult to maintain a consistent display schedule.
