"OptiPub Has Been a Huge Upgrade!"

What do you like best about OptiPub?

We recently came to OptiPub after becoming frustrated with our last service. The onboarding service has been absolutely top notch. Not only did was the onboarding complete and quick, but they remained available for questions throughout the process and beyond. All of my questions were answered quickly. I never felt a lack of support or concern that I wasn't going to learn something on time. Additionally, they worked within our tight schedule. What do you dislike about OptiPub?

So far I have not run into anything I dislike about the platform, it's been performing much better than our previous platform(s) and even corrected a lot of things I disliked about previous platforms. The only room I see for improvement is that I wish there was a way to generate client reports. The reporting is great inside the platform, but since clients don't look at that they require a PDF to track progress. However, when I brought this up I was told that they would consider adding that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OptiPub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous platform did not keep subscriber history so when a client would ask why a certain person did not receive an email, I wasn't able to say if they unsubscribed or give any information about why they were removed from the list. Additionally, I suspect our previous platform of adding people to the exclusion list automatically... which would have been fine except there really was no explanation when a list would suddenly drop hundreds of subscribers, even when there was no indication of a problem from the previous send. When asked about this, the platform took weeks to respond and then told me it was my fault and I must have accidentally excluded a large number of subscribers. Optipub is much more transparent about their process and they are always ready with a quick response if I have a question. I feel more comfortable that the list is being managed with records that I can look up now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
