What do you like best about Optimizely Content Marketing Platform?

I use the Optimizely Content Marketing Platform for all our digital marketing needs, tracking everything from start to finish. I like that it's integrated with Opal and has the ability to use MCP servers, allowing us to utilize newer technology to work, create tickets, and pull info. The platform's ease of use is great, and I appreciate how interconnected it is with other products we use. The Opel Assistant and workflow building add value by giving a high-level overview of what's needed and expected, with the AI agent building workflows with limited supervision. It has also given us the ability to create user-specific workflows that are beneficial to each team, providing all necessary information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimizely Content Marketing Platform?

I find it a little difficult to use the tree hierarchy or the filters to accurately see where I am in a task. But other than that, it's a very strong product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
