What do you like best about OpManager Nexus?

What I like most about ManageEngine OpManager is its centralized NOC-style dashboards and real-time monitoring capabilities. The customizable drag-and-drop widgets, color-coded status indicators, and floor/heat maps make tracking the health of servers, switches, firewalls, and routers simple at a glance. Automated device discovery gets new hardware monitored quickly, and the seamless integration with other ManageEngine modules (like ServiceDesk Plus and NetFlow Analyzer) provides an end-to-end IT management experience without needing third-party plugins Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpManager Nexus?

The main downside of OpManager Nexus is the upfront effort required to tune alert thresholds so you don’t end up with notification overload. Some of the deeper configuration areas—such as custom SNMP rules and report templates—also feel cluttered and harder to navigate than the primary NOC views.
