The best part about OpManager Nexus is the visibility it gives us across our infrastructure from a single place. The dashboards are clear and easy to understand, the alerts help us stay proactive when issues come up, and monitoring device performance has become much simpler. The main area where I think OpManager Nexus could improve is the learning curve during the initial setup. Because there are so many features available, it takes a while to configure everything correctly and really get the most out of the platform.
