"Professional-Looking Surveys and Lightning-Fast Support"

What do you like best about OpinionX?

I really like the look of their surveys, it feels very professional. Next to that, their team is always ready to help and reply SUPER fast. This means so much to me as sometimes time is limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpinionX?

Some survey types were not present from the start, such as Gabor Granger and Van Westendorp. However, now they are and this is another great thing about this platform, it's just always improving whatever is not perfect yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpinionX solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it for my surveys about pricing and willingness to pay. It helps my company a lot, as we use it for all of our pricing research. Before OpinionX we were using a different platform, but I have switched fully to OpinionX now that they have all the features that I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
