OPINATOR is a fantastic product, we're really happy with their different capabilities. It's the best Experience Management solution we've used by far, it makes everything easier, dynamic, and empowering, for both us as CX professionals but also to our customers, as we are now able to bring them real experiences while measuring their experience. I must also highlight their team, as they provide an outstanding service. Every time we need a hand, they're ready to help. However, another thing that we really like is that the software it's pretty easy to use and straightforward, we mostly manage everything internally for ourselves. Their Text Analytics system it's impressive and the Close the Loop module works wonders for case management. It's a real all-in-one solution to manage our CX efforts. The user interface could use a revamp, as it is a bit outdated compared to what the tool is capable of and the almost limitless possibilities they offer for our surveys.
