What do you like best about OPINATOR?

I'll make it nice and neat:

1. Their team and support quality is the best among the different providers we've worked with.

2. Their XM solutions are wonderful. The product offers flexibility + agility that is key for all our projects.

3. Tailor-made developments can be requested and they are released super quick.

4. We're analyzing and improving our customer's experience by the minute thanks to their advanced analytics features. Text Analytics, Case Management, and a wide set of widgets that make reporting easy to read and to act-on.

5. We manage all our CX efforts through OPINATOR. All NPS, VoC, CSAT, etc. programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OPINATOR?

I honestly have to say that there's nothing we dislike about OPINATOR. The product meets all our requirements smoothly and relationship on the human side it's A+. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering OPINATOR:
