What problems is Operative Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's like having a team of AI assistants whispering insights in my ear. OI analyzes all our customer interactions, uncovering common themes and issues that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. We recently discovered a hidden pain point in our checkout process that was causing a lot of customer abandonment. Without OI, we might have never known!
