Forward planning for capacity and revenue has been much easier since we started using Operating. Having all of our in-flight projects in one place makes it simple to see who is assigned to the work, for how long, at what rate, and other key details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Operating meets nearly all of our requirements, one feature it’s currently missing (though I hope it’s on the roadmap) is the ability to model when our consultants are added to project teams as “investments” in a non-billable capacity. Being able to see the total investment spend and filter for these individuals as a first-class feature would be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
