The platform sells itself. Its ease of use for the basic user, but unbelievably complex capabilities are something that every large, team member facing platform should strive to achieve. The growth potential within the utilization of OpenWrench is relatively limitless, and I plan to continue to work alongside our reps from OW to ensure all of our facilities capabilities are run entirely through the platform, and eventually branch out to cross departmental capabilities, due to its fluidity of use. Outside of the platform capabilities, the support team is the best in the business. Our specific partners, Vignesh and Stacey, are the perfect balance as their specific strengths within the platform perfectly complement each other. One thing they both provide consistently: urgency, accuracy, and creative problem solving - and they do it with a smile. There is no idea too big for them. No matter how crazy, they put their minds together to customize our user experience to build exactly what our “big idea” would look like in an actual execution, and see it through until we are 100% satisfied with the product.
