What do you like best about OpenWrench?

Ease of use. Everything is simple to use from creating work orders, assigning vendors, keeping track of estimates, and invoices to more advanced features like RFPs and keeping track of preventative maintenance. I have not had one vendor refuse to use it, because it's so simple and effective. The customer support is also unmatched, anytime we've had a question or a vendor has needed a little guidance the staff here is always super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenWrench?

What problems is OpenWrench solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have 16 locations, so it helps me keep track of maintenance items that need fixing and allows me to go back and reference work that has already been done, or is still pending, allowing me to follow up. It significantly reduces downtime on equipment. I can add as much or as little information as I need and the vendors can communicate with me on the platform reducing the amount of phone calls my team and I are receiving.
