What do you like best about OpenWidget?
OpenWidget helps provide great customer support inside your web application. I like their forms - feedback form and bug report. I implemented them and integrated with my app using JavaScript API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about OpenWidget?
reports and metrics are not yet available, you need to use the JavaScript API to send the events yourself to e.g. Google Analytics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
