Microfocus service manager UI is just awesome and easy to use, The UI is easy to understand and customizable easily using the script also it can be integrated with many tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText Service Management?

Microfocus not patching the tool frequently that is the drawback of tool bugs and enhancements need to be resolved as per customer requirement else customers move out of this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
