What do you like best about OpenText eDiscovery?

Intuitive/powerful platform paired with the technical consultants who know the pain points of a growing corporate ediscovery program and has solutions for them, either home-grown on the OT side or through partnerships. What do you dislike about OpenText eDiscovery?

The process of migration and the pain associated with identifying issues with migrated data in terms of how mapping or other processing at our former vendor fits into the OT environment. What problems is OpenText eDiscovery solving and how is that benefiting you?

ROI on the use of document review team and predictive coding are clear. We're in the process of addressing issues of frequent flyer data warehousing for cross-matter management, total visibility into our cases with real-time dashboards and easy nearline/online switching for hosting budget management.
