We do use this product regularly before any major release. Very efficient and easy to use solution. Very simplified way you can generate reports and multiple users can easily access it. Multi protocol support is a plus point as other products has more dependency on web/http. It is reliable to predict app scalability, also integrated automation and monitoring tool helps alot.
