What do you like best about Openstream EVA?

What I liked most about Openstream EVA is how natural and human-like the conversation flow feels. It doesn’t respond like a basic chatbot – over time, it starts understanding context and gives replies that actually feel like it knows what’s going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Openstream EVA?

One thing I didn’t like about Openstream EVA is that while it’s great with simple and repetitive queries, it struggles a bit with complex, multi-part questions. It sometimes gives vague or generic answers instead of digging deeper which is frustrating when users are expecting more precise help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Openstream EVA solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem EVA is solving for us is the overload of repetitive queries from users both customers and internal employees. Earlier, the support team was spending a lot of time answering the same basic questions every day. EVA has taken over a good chunk of that, which means our team can now focus on more complex issues instead of being stuck in a loop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
