What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?

I like that you can make only certain fields editable for our team, and that the help /support response time is so quick when issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?

I wish there was a system for setting up an email signature as soon as a new hire starts, rather than when they start emailing and it begins to populate through Microsoft - this has led to some confusion since there is some turnaround time before it starts working for new users. Also, I would love to see continued improvements on the online platform. I don't find it fully intuitive to make sure I am using all of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Opensense Email Signatures solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Opensense, I had to manage a lot of formatting errors and saw a lot of inconsistency across signatures. This has eliminated all of this - I can be 100% confident that all email signatures are consistent and there are none of the typical formatting issues you may see when you do it yourself.
