I really love the integration with Opensend. It's super easy and makes it simple to deploy in a matter of minutes. We use it in conjunction with Klaviyo to reengage users via email, and the process is also super easy. The users we identify through Opensend are engaged, and their data seems spot on. What could be improved is their analytics on their site to get a little bit more clarity and visibility into what's working. Also, the way to handle suppression of users that don't wanna receive emails from us could be a little bit more clear. We have created internal processes of our own as we interacted with Opensend, but it would have been nice to have some best practices on how to maximize Opensend while not harming our deliverability.
