Recommendations to others considering OpenScape Business:

After attempting to use it for instant messaging, users basically revolted and we switched to a different app for IM in order to keep everybody on one system. The issues were 1) the mobile app did not do IM and 2) the desktop IM notifications were difficult to notice, people were missing that they got IMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenScape Business solving and how is that benefiting you?
