What do you like best about OpenReq?
1. Having a recruiter that's onsite.
2. Iterating from feedback.

What do you dislike about OpenReq?
1. They don't have access to the latest tools that can boost productivity. You'd have to buy it yourself.
2. Their sourcing staff could be improved. Needs a lot of hand holding which takes away my time. But if calibrated well, a huge asset to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
