**What do you like best about Openprise?**

Openprise has outstanding data management capabilities, ranging from automatically populating fields in account records, to merging disparate account records just from assigning certain criteria in a general data pull. Our Customer Success Manager, Leigh Ann Gilson, is a super star- she is professional, productive, and engaged in many projects throughout our org and delivers service with a smile. Even Ed King, the CEO of Openprise, is not afraid of getting his hands dirty and has provided personal service to us when he needed to! Openprise is a great tool for automating SFDC processes that 

**What do you dislike about Openprise?**

There is a learning curve to working with the product and becoming proficient with it. This is exacerbated by the excellent service Openprise provides: Leigh Ann has been so helpful and productive with our needs for the product that I have not had any reason to become more well-versed!

**What problems is Openprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Openprise is assisting our Sales Ops team with territory tagging, account de-duping, general standardization of addresses, phone numbers, State and Country names, and the like. The end result is that Nutanix's information is largely standardized across its SFDC and our productivity is much greater across the business when we don't have to type in every permutation of a state or province name.

**What do you like best about Openprise?**

The platform is super versatile, allowing you to clean, dedupe, standardize, and visualize your data quickly and easily. They’ve changed the game for data management. And their customer success team is great - they really invested in helping us get properly set up to ensure we were getting the most out of the platform. 

**What do you dislike about Openprise?**

There is a slight learning curve for the platform (as with most softwares) but our account manager did an excellent job at training and enabling us.

**What problems is Openprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Openprise to aggregate, standardize, clean, dedupe, and even visualize our data. It sounds like a lot to get out of one platform, but it's true. Openprise has helped us improve our data cleanliness and usability, which improves targeting and segmentation for all our campaigns. The business benefits from a tool like this are numerous.

**What do you like best about Openprise?**

User-friendly, Analysing bigger project into small batches & validating at each & every step.
Some of the best platform to work on multiple jobs, such as dedupe, List cleansing, List enrichment, Attribution, Account matching, etc

**What do you dislike about Openprise?**

Openprise doesn't have write/edit access for google spreadsheet. Has limitations with lookup values, Sometimes time-consuming is more.

**Recommendations to others considering Openprise:**

Yes, I would recommend any organizations to use the Openprise platform.

**What problems is Openprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

List upload, Data mining, Enhancing the quality of data from 3rd party database enrichment.
You automate the manual process via Openprise Platform & can look for the other task & operations.

**What do you like best about Openprise?**

Ease of use, direct integration with Salesforce and Marketo, how it's turned large data processing tasks that would take Marketo forever to do complete and slow the system down super easy to deploy and manage. 

**What do you dislike about Openprise?**

I don't have a complaint at all, actually. 

**What problems is Openprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed easy ways to segment and standardize our data. We've solved for things like tagging specific customer segments in our database to make lead routing easier, adding the metro area to all record entries to improve geo targetting for campaigns, and standardizing state, country codes and phone numbers - real important since we use auto-dialing software.

**What do you like best about Openprise?**

1) The people - approachable, knowledgeable, always willing to help
2) Single platform to aggregate data that is scalable 

**What do you dislike about Openprise?**

Not really a dislike, but with they had more offering of services - in particular performing analytics.  Given our growth rate,  we are often short handed on people who can analyze the data and draw insights.

**What problems is Openprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a midsize company trying to grow 2x in the next 5 years. This is a big challenge and we realized as a business we can’t get there without being a first-rate organization at leveraging data. We have partnered with Openprise to do just that.

Openprise is helping us to deploy a next-generation agile data orchestration platform so we can aggregate our point-of-sales data, operational data, forecast data, product review data, and more, all in one agile platform. Most importantly, this is a platform our operations team can use with minimal technical help and without the need to write a single line of code, so we can keep pace with all the changes of our growing company. 

This is a SaaS service, so we don’t have to think about architecting a scalable platform ourselves. With this data platform we are able to bring all these disparate data together from our retail, channel, and logistic partners. The platform aggregates, cleans, standardizes, and enrich all these different data. Having this high quality data at our fingertips means our team can perform deep analysis to better understand how our business and operation with confidence. Openprise is an essential part of our data infrastructure that is enabling our company to meet our growth target.

Beyond having an easy-to-use and scalable product, what’s even better is Openprise’s customer success team. They are responsive and always ready to help. Openprise is more than just a software vendor to us, but a great technology partner!

**What do you like best about Openprise?**

- Features. I have used Openprise for the past 3 years and the feature set has increased dramatically since then - new integrations, connectors, data sources etc.
- Support. The team knows the product and space. They are capable of designing a solution that addresses any need 
- Communication style. The team is very much open to feedback as well as any other product related communications. Being marketing operations focused, they are willing to explore anything that will help current/future customers

**What do you dislike about Openprise?**

As with any relatively young company, there are growing pains. We have gone through periods where reliability suffered a bit, however, most of the issues have been addressed since then.

**Recommendations to others considering Openprise:**

Talk to the team. If you are even considering the tool, they will most likely be able to provide a solution for you.

**What problems is Openprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Openprise was an ETL tool for us. In a nutshell, it allowed us to take data from various sources, process it and deliver an output. There are many applications of this process - it could be list load processing, scoring, data enrichment etc. The tool allowed us to reduce dependency on IT and move a lot of relatively technical operations back to marketing.

**What do you like best about Openprise?**

Openprise helps us keep our data clean without our team having to monitor it every day. Their support has also been one of the best. They are always willing to help and even QA our work. 

**What do you dislike about Openprise?**

There are a lot of steps to create one job which can be confusing. Having more training tools available would be very helpful. 

**Recommendations to others considering Openprise:**

Openprise is your best resource when it comes to using the tool effectively. There is not a lot of training material online, but the team is always willing to help. Lovey has been helping us since day one and we couldn't ask for more! 

**What problems is Openprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use OP to normalize our data and append missing data to our leads.

User interface design (just takes a little more time for new users)

Great value for any Marketing and/or Sales Ops team irrespective of the size of the company.

**What problems is Openprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SaaS workflows using API factory, Deduplication, Data Normalization, Data Integration and much more

Key benefit is the amount of time (a lot) we saved by automating our manual processes.

**What do you like best about Openprise?**

I love how Openprise allows me to keep data clean and updated, without the use of human beings.  People go on vacations, quit, miss deadlines, etc... Openprise doesn't.    Additionally, Openprise can help you route leads, set up territories, and more.  anything that can be built on logic, Operprise can do it.

**What do you dislike about Openprise?**

Nothing to dislike about openprise.  I really can't think of anything.

Nothing I dislike - great platform and great people.

- Garbage in and garbage out: they help standardize our data so that it can be effectively used in analysis.

**What do you like best about Openprise?**

That openprise has a lot of tables (country, job function, etc) that can be used to standardize values and they do not need to be updated manually.


**What do you dislike about Openprise?**

The platform has so many functionalities, but it's not very intuitive and no training is available

**What problems is Openprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardization and list cleanup is definitely what I am using openprise for. It saves a lot of time instead of doing it manually. We also tag contacts with certain values depending on business need and Openprise makes this process easier instead of using other solutions.

Extremely convenient to normalize and keep our databases clean of duplicates or useless records. Does not require developers or data scientist. Can be set-up by data driven people, and run by virtually anyone able to press on a button.

Nothing so far. Support is extremely efficient.

**What do you like best about Openprise?**

By using Openprise, we are able to manipulate data on lead records in salesforcecom - allowing us to increase data accuracy, improve lead routing, and increase the effectiveness of our sales team.  Openprise service is the best -  they answer all  questions promptly and accurately and offer suggestions to help improve our deployment.

**What do you dislike about Openprise?**

It is complex to administer.   We have signed up for a data mechanic from Openprise to assist us, and they have been incredibly responsive.

**Recommendations to others considering Openprise:**

Ensure you have adequate technical resources to manage this tool.

Lead routing and lead/data enrichment

Some of the system names can be confusing, but nothing you can't overcome.

We clean our data and append it before shooting it into marketo, so we can control our data cleanliness.
