The drag and drop campaign builder makes it easy to create professional emails, while the automation features help streamline customer engagement. I also like the segmentation capabilities and the ability to personalize content based on customer behavior, which helps improve campaign performance and engagement. **What do you dislike about OpenMoves OM3?** One area that could be improved is the initial learning curve for users who are new to marketing automation platforms. Because OM3 offers many advanced features, it can take some time to fully understand automation workflows, integrations, and reporting options. We have been using their marketing automation platform for years now. I really like their program builder. It's very intuitive and allows for custom sending by volume of emails, days of the week, and time of day with automated re-mails to non-openers. The support team is awesome (especially Amy Chan) If you are looking for an easy-to-use marketing automation platform this is a great solution. **What do you dislike about OpenMoves OM3?** I wish we had more control over how emails are sent using our own SMTP services and subdomains. Today you have to go through their support team to set up new email accounts and domains which is fine but you are still using their SMTP services vs. our own internal solutions. I would also like to see more pre-built landing page designs but other than that, OpenMoves is a great app and service. **What problems is OpenMoves OM3 solving and how is that benefiting you?** OpenMoves helps us with lead scoring, (Both implicit and explicit data) lead tracking, nurturing, landing pages and SFDC integration. ### 3. It would be more user friendly if there was a way to insert small images into text boxes.
