What I like most about OpenMeet is that it makes joining and managing online discussions quite simple. I find the browser-based access useful because participants don’t have to spend time installing additional software. The screen-sharing and discussion features are helpful when reviewing technical documents or explaining project-related updates to team members. Some areas of the interface could be more intuitive, particularly when navigating the meeting management options. I would also like to see more flexibility in integrations with commonly used workplace applications. During longer sessions, improving the overall responsiveness would make the experience better.
