What do you like best about OpenKBS?

I run an automotive retail and tuning business with 13 years of history, and I am not a developer. Before OpenKBS I went through the popular AI builders. They are fine for a demo, but the moment you hand them a real company with real complexity, they fall apart.

OpenKBS is a different class of product. We came with an enormous specification — every part of the business, thousands of requirements — and it absorbed all of it without losing the thread. It thinks before it builds, it asks the right questions, and what comes out is a real system, not a pretty prototype.

The people behind it are serious engineers, and you feel it in every part of the platform. The support is direct and fast, the architecture is built for production load, and everything we build stays ours.

If you are running an actual business and not just testing an idea, this is the one that will hold. For us it did what three other platforms and a lot of wasted money could not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenKBS?

What problems is OpenKBS solving and how is that benefiting you?

OpenKBS is letting us rebuild the entire operation ourselves — warehouse, supply, sales, cash, service bookings, customers, couriers — from our own specification, without hiring a development team and without waiting a year for it.

The benefit is simple. The people who actually know how the business works are the ones building it. When a rule is wrong, we fix it the same day instead of writing a ticket and waiting two weeks.
