What do you like best about OpenKBS?

What I like most about openKBS is how it brings together AI capabilities, workflow automation, integrations, and flexibility in one platform. It makes it easier to build and manage AI-powered processes without adding unnecessary complexity.

It also adapts well to different business needs and workflows, which is especially helpful when you’re working across multiple tools and systems. Another highlight for me is the support from the openKBS team: they’re responsive, helpful, and genuinely willing to step in when questions come up or technical challenges arise.

What problems is OpenKBS solving and how is that benefiting you?

openKBS helps automate repetitive processes, connect different tools, and integrate AI into everyday workflows. As a result, it reduces the amount of manual work required and makes it easier to organize tasks and get them done efficiently.

It has also helped me build a complete system that truly works for me. I had very specific requirements and a clear vision, but developers often didn’t fully understand what I was aiming for. With openKBS, I was able to create everything myself, exactly the way I needed it, without relying on others to interpret my ideas.
