That everything is at your fingertips and can be accessed very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenGov Permitting & Licensing?

It may be an option the organization can pursue, but at this time, it would be nice if it incorporated the FEMA information and our GIS information, so everything was accessible from one page. As it is now, we have to use multiple pages to get the information needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenGov Permitting & Licensing solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have gone all online, bringing our system into a current trend. I believe it is easier for our residents to use and is more straightforward for us to use.
