What do you like best about OpenFrame?

I really appreciate OpenFrame's competitive pricing and how they focus on the wants and needs of MSPs like us. It's great that they listen to our feedback and are committed to building an amazing system. The AI ticket handling feature is a huge time-saver, allowing us to spend less time on simple tasks and more on complex ones. It's also a plus that they're working hard towards creating a polished product. The integration of AI and their plans for future development make them stand out as well.
