What do you like best about OpenEye?

What I like most about OpenEye is how easy it makes managing video across multiple locations. The cloud-based platform allows users to access footage remotely, review incidents quickly, and manage their systems without having to be onsite. What do you dislike about OpenEye?

One area where OpenEye could improve is making some of the advanced features and integrations easier to navigate. While the platform offers a lot of capabilities, there can be a learning curve when getting familiar with everything it has to offer. OpenEye helps solve one of the biggest challenges for businesses with multiple locations, which is having consistent visibility across all their sites. From a loss prevention standpoint, it makes it easier to investigate incidents, identify potential risks, and respond to issues without having to physically visit a location.
