LOVE the ease of use, Great ways to individualize and personalize. Love the new colors. Easier to see. Their are different views you can choose from and the reports are just a click away. No filtering to get what you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only wish is that you could make the carrier a favorite from the appointment page information. The carrier contact page is very extensive which is great but its hard to find who you need sometimes at a glance if you are in a hurry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can now favorite your carrier contact directly from the appointment. This was a great idea to add the "Favorite" button on the Appointment Details modal.
