OpenBOM is very customizable allowing us to configure our BOMs with the properties that are important to us. It is also very affordable as you can select the subscription level that meets your needs. We are a small company and cost was a big factor for us.

The Customer Support from OpenBOM has been outstanding. We had questions as we were learning the tool and setting it up. Email inquires were answered quickly and completely, sometimes within minutes and on weekends. OpenBOM demonstrated to me that they were committed to making this tool work for our application, and, in my opinion, went over and above my expectations.
