I like that OpenBOM is intuitive and easy to use, with a user interface that's pleasant and not clunky, which helps reduce friction in daily use. It's a reliable source of truth for managing bills of materials, solving problems like organization, revision control, and interconnection with different systems through its API back end. Making BOMs within BOMs and the capability to integrate with other systems for manufacturing are very useful features. OpenBOM can be glitchy sometimes. I've noticed that occasionally a BOM will not load for me; it just stays loading and doesn't complete. Editing a property wasn't intuitive initially until I discovered the button next to the property, which helped, and it did seem more intuitive afterward. That's really the main issue I have.
