The Open Threat Management Platform has strengthened my security operations by bringing threat detection, correlation, and response together in a single, unified interface. With real-time monitoring, automated alert correlation, and configurable workflows, it has noticeably reduced manual effort and the constant need to switch between tools. The centralized dashboard and straightforward rule configuration, for example, save me several hours each week when handling threat analysis and managing responses. On top of that, the platform improves visibility into cross-system threat patterns, which helps me make decisions faster and with greater accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that the OTM Platform can be somewhat complex to set up and configure initially, and it has a steep learning curve for new users. At times, the system generates a high volume of alerts, which can lead to alert fatigue and make it harder to focus on critical threats. Additionally, integration with certain third-party or legacy systems may require extra effort, and the overall user interface could be more intuitive. In some cases, performance overhead and scalability costs can also be a concern in larger environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
