When I began blogging, Open Live Writer was quite refreshing and a great tool to use. It was great that one could write posts in a comfortable familiar atmosphere of the desktop, for instance, in Word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At least, the compatibility of Open Live Writer with blogging platforms looks outdated. He does not give support to many of the new and self hosted platforms that have cropped up in the recent past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
