I like that Opal allows me to see every task, know who did it, and identify the task owner. This visibility is valuable because it provides a clear view of what is going on, including the projects, the person in charge, and who is working on each task. It saves a lot of time because I don't have to spend time searching for information. Additionally, the initial setup of Opal was really easy, with the help of some tutorials and instructions that made the process as smooth as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
