We now have more integrations, and make use of read/write functionality to Jamf and Intune, automating common device management tasks and removing a lot of the manual steps our IT Support team used to handle by hand. **What do you dislike about Oomnitza?** Oomnitza is evolving all the time, and we feel like they listen to their customers when considering changes. There are a few small things that we would like to see, but nothing major at this point. **What problems is Oomnitza solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to manage our user assigned laptops, and wanted to do this as efficiently as possible. We can now see which device is assigned to each user, when it was assigned, whether it's ever been out for repair, and when it's due for replacement. We can also see how much stock we have in each office, and check on things like the last online date of each asset. We were in desparate need of a certalized asset management system and Oomnitza has alleviated that need. On top of hosting all of our assets in one place, we have also worked with the Oomnitza support team to implement numerous integrations to assist us with automating onboarding, offboarding, compliance, audit, MDM enrollment, and more. The team is always very eager to jump in and help and ultra-fast with their responses! The integrations to various systems (MDM, IAM, HRIS, etc) are very simple to set up and you can customize just about anything you can think of within the GUI. **What do you dislike about Oomnitza?** Honestly there isn't anything that I dislike about the tool. Workflows are perfect for automation of several tasks. I have noticed they keep improving their products and integration, so everything stays up-to-date. I have a preference that I hate and brought up to their support. I like to view my data in Block View, but whenever my session ends or closes, it goes back to List View.
