What do you like best about Ooma Office?

What do you dislike about Ooma Office?
The hidden costs are high. It adds almost $10 to the price quoted in the ad. Support is too slow, and when there are system issues, there’s no pre-notification to clients or any follow-up. The new fax software also doesn’t include an option to resend a fax if it fails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
